A public sector authority asked us to review their portfolio of 70 freehold and leasehold properties.

  • We discovered our client was entitled to far more non-domestic rates’ fees than they’d charged for so far.
  • One of their leases had been misinterpreted.
  • And we found out that a landlord was charging fees they weren’t entitled to.

  • We found £84,735 of historic overpayments.
  • We prevented future overpayments of £25,000.
  • We created an income stream of £125,000 over the next five years.
  • That’s a total saving and income stream over five years of £230,000.
